If you are not satisfied with the products you received and you wish to return them, you should send us an e-mail at email@example.com stating your order number and describing the return request. You will then receive a response from us regarding the steps to follow.
Customers should be comply with the following conditions in order to proceed with product returns and exchanges :
- Returns should be within 14 working days from the day you receive the order by the courier.
- The return of product in only accepted if the product is in original condition, with their packaging, clean and unused. Also, they should be accompanied by all the accompanying documents (retail sales receipt, Shipping Note - Invoice, etc.)
- Our company has every right not to accept any change if the above conditions are not met.
- If the product is a helmet, no exchange or return can be made if the helmet pinlock is removed, the package is ruined or there are signs of use.
- Return costs are borne by the sender.
- You can use courier Geniki Taxydromiki if you wish to return your products.
- The receipt is required in case of refund and the amount is offset against the total cost of shipping and the difference is refunded. This procedure needs 5 working days from the day we receive the returning products. The amount of money refunded will appear in your bank account in the next 3 days. Bank charges for money transfers are borne by the customer. Our company has the option to refuse the refund request if the request does not comply with our company's legal commercial rights.
- If the product delivered to you is wrong (not the one you ordered) you can return it within the days provided for any change to our address and it will be replaced immediately. In this case, the costs of return and reshipment are borne by our company. The new product is sent after we have received the incorrect one.
- If the product you received is defective you should contact our company immediately either by phone or email so that we can arrange for the product to be returned to our warehouse. If it is proved that the responsibility lies with our company, it will be replaced immediately. In this case, the return and shipping is the responsibility of BAXEVANIS MOTO company.
- No refunds, exchanges or returns for ”special” products that have been ordered upon request
- The customer is no obliged to receive packaging that is damaged or opened during transport. In this case, our company assumes all the costs of returning and resending the new order.
